Rei means “universal” and Ki means “vital life force.”
Reiki is a very gentle but profound healing practice that accelerates the body’s natural healing processes, supports mental, emotional and soul level healing, and gives an overall sense of profound well-being. It is a hands-on healing method whereby the practitioner channels universal life force energy to the recipient helping to remove energetic imbalances and blocks.
The benefits of Reiki include stress reduction, strengthening the immune system, easing pain and physical discomfort, balancing and harmonizing the emotions, enhancing mental clarity, facilitating personal transformation, and deepening awareness of life energy. Reiki is a complementary therapy or self-treatment used in addition to conventional medical care and treatment.
