My Prayer of Thanks

Thank you Creator for the mysterious, miraculous and sacred gift of human life

Thank you for the miracle of creation of which I am a part

Thank you for the body, temporary temple of my eternal soul

Thank you for the gift of the body’s innate intelligence and healing ability

 

Thank you for this beautiful and wondrous Mother Earth

Thank you for my traveling companions on the road of life

Thank you for blessing me with abundance

Thank you for giving me exactly what I need when I need it most

I receive your generosity with an open and grateful heart

 

I am grateful for all of life’s gifts

I am grateful for my many talents and abilities

I am grateful for the joy of sharing them with my brothers and sisters

I am grateful for the opportunities to learn, to grow, and to evolve my consciousness

I am grateful for the opportunities to heal

I am grateful for the chances to love and be loved

I am grateful for each moment of life

I embrace them all with a grateful heart

I am grateful for discomfort because it pushes me to stretch my self

I am grateful for challenges, because they present opportunities for me to rise to the
occasion

I am grateful for obstacles for they show me the virtues of patience, perseverance and
persistence

I am grateful for experiences of sadness and pain, because they teach me self-love and compassion

I am grateful for the chances to develop greater self-love and compassion,

because that helps me to have more empathy and compassion for the suffering of
others

I engage them all willingly

I am grateful for endings, because they create space for new possibilities and new
beginnings

I am grateful for my (as yet) undiscovered potential

I am grateful for future gifts, magic, miracles and love already on the way!
